Account Registration & Security

- kg996 does not charge a deposit processing fee. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their standard transaction charges, which are outside kg996's control.
- Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account belongs to another person — are not accepted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

- Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method and account used for your most recent deposit, as a fraud prevention measure. This is a firm policy and cannot be overridden at the player's request except in documented exceptional circumstances reviewed by the kg996 finance team.
- Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for all methods. Maximum single withdrawal amounts may be capped based on your account tier — details are available in account settings once logged in.
- Withdrawal requests submitted during BST business hours (09:00–22:00 BST, UTC+6) are typically processed within 15–60 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Requests outside these hours are queued and processed at the next available processing window.
- Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed basic KYC verification. Accounts that have not submitted KYC documents will have withdrawal requests queued until verification is complete.
- Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances and winnings converted from fully wagered bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.

- Each promotion is available to eligible players once unless the promotion terms explicitly state it is a recurring offer. Attempting to claim a one-time offer multiple times via duplicate accounts or other means constitutes bonus abuse.
- Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be played through before any portion can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., "30x") on the promotion page.
- Unless a promotion page states otherwise, bonus funds contribute to wagering requirements at 100% from slots and crash games, and at a reduced rate from live casino and sports betting markets. The exact contribution percentages for each game category are listed on the individual promotion page.
- Bonus offers are subject to maximum bet restrictions while active. Placing a single bet exceeding the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

Betting & Gaming Rules
All games and sports betting markets available on kg996 operate according to the rules defined by the respective game provider or sportsbook engine. By participating in any game or market, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that product. The following general rules apply across all kg996 products:
- All bets are final once confirmed. kg996 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers except where a market is voided due to circumstances outside the control of either party (for example, a match abandonment or a technical error causing clearly incorrect odds to be published).
- In the event of a technical fault affecting the outcome of a game round or bet — including server errors, disconnections, or software malfunctions — kg996 will make every reasonable effort to determine the correct settlement based on logged data. Where the correct outcome cannot be determined, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned.
- Odds displayed on sports betting markets are subject to change up to the moment a bet is placed. The odds at which your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet. kg996 does not retroactively adjust confirmed bet odds.
- kg996 reserves the right to impose individual bet limits and maximum payout caps. These limits may vary by sport, market, game type, and account tier. Current limits are displayed within the platform at the time of bet placement.
- All slot games and RNG-based casino games use certified random number generators provided by the game studio. kg996 does not alter the RNG output or the published return-to-player (RTP) percentages. RTPs for available slot titles are published on the respective game information pages.
- Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing and standard casino rules as conducted by the dealer on stream. In the event of a dealing error or visible stream interruption, the affected hand or round may be voided at the discretion of the game studio operating the table.

Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kg996 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive — kg996 reserves the right to determine that conduct not explicitly listed below is nonetheless prohibited where it undermines the integrity, security, or fair operation of the platform.
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, impersonating another person, or creating accounts using stolen identity documents.
- Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one kg996 account, whether to claim multiple welcome bonuses, circumvent deposit limits, evade a self-exclusion, or for any other reason.

- Money laundering: Using the kg996 platform to launder funds derived from criminal activity or to process deposits and withdrawals in a manner designed to obscure the origin of funds.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live poker or live casino games, or sharing information about live dealer hands in progress through external communication channels.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or MFS provider after funds have been used for wagering on kg996. Chargebacks are investigated and may result in legal action for recovery of funds.
- Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, miscalculated odds, or incorrect bonus credits to derive financial gain beyond what would be available under normal operating conditions.

Account Suspension & Closure
kg996 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
// VOLUNTARY CLOSURE
You may request voluntary closure of your kg996 account at any time by contacting the support team via on-site live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be settled and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
// SELF-EXCLUSION

- Players who believe an account suspension or closure decision is incorrect may submit a formal appeal by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Account Decision Appeal". Appeals will be reviewed by a senior member of the compliance team within 5 BST business days.
